For bug reports, feature questions, or store-related issues, email us. Include your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when the problem occurred when you can.

Common topics

• Microphone / Listen — Metrom needs mic permission only for tempo listen. Audio stays on your device. Check system Settings if Listen is unavailable.
• Background playback — Keep Metrom’s audio session active via the system media controls; some devices may pause audio under aggressive battery settings.
• Privacy — See our Privacy Policy for what Metrom does and does not collect.
• Terms — Terms of Use for the apps and this site.
